Sylva Ritual Guide

Evening Ritual

End the day by releasing the scalp, softening the eye area, and setting a calmer pace for rest. This ritual keeps the movement slow, warm, and deliberate.

A slower evening reset for calmness, eyes, and scalp.

Light incense before your routine to create a quiet boundary between the day and night. Use the gua sha tools around the brow bone, temples, jaw, and neck, then finish by easing the scalp with slow, relaxed pressure.

  1. Let the incense scent settle before starting.
  2. Use small, gentle movements around the eyes, temples, and face.
  3. Finish with slow scalp strokes to release daily tension.
