Sylva Ritual Guide

Daily rituals for morning, midday, and evening.

A slower way to care for the face, scalp, body, feet, and senses. Use these rituals as simple guides, then choose the tools that match your body’s rhythm each day.

01 / Morning Ritual

Wake the face and soften morning tension.

Morning care should feel light, clean, and awakening. Start with a small amount of Botanical Gua Sha Massage Oil so the tool can glide without pulling the skin. Use the gua sha along the neck, jawline, cheeks, and temples to encourage circulation and release sleep tension. Finish with the eye ritual tool around the brow bone and under-eye area.

  1. Warm 2-3 drops of massage oil between your palms.
  2. Use upward and outward gua sha strokes along the face and neck.
  3. Glide the eye tool gently from inner corner toward the temples.

02 / Midday Ritual

Reset the body after sitting, work, and screen time.

Midday is for returning attention to the body. Use the body sculpting massage brush on the belly or areas that feel heavy. Step onto the wooden foot massage mat to stimulate the soles and ground your energy. If the head feels tight, use the scalp care comb in slow strokes from hairline to crown.

  1. Use the body brush with slow, comfortable pressure.
  2. Stand or step lightly on the foot mat for a brief reset.
  3. Comb the scalp slowly to release head and neck tension.

03 / Evening Ritual

Quiet the senses and prepare for rest.

Evening care should slow the room down first. Light the aromatherapy incense to create a calm atmosphere, then use the eye ritual tool to soften expression lines and screen fatigue. End with the yak horn scalp massage comb before bed, moving slowly enough for the nervous system to follow.

  1. Light incense and let the scent settle into the space.
  2. Use the eye tool around the brow, temples, and under-eye area.
  3. Comb the scalp gently before sleep as a final calming step.
